Her work has appeared in publications, including Atlanta Style & Design Magazine, and various news papers. She has won several major awards from exhibitions, including Best of Show and People’s Choice. Along with commissioned portraits and landscapes, she paints equestrian and polo action scenes. She is known for her sensitive interpretation of life and her ability to capture the essences of her subjects. In addition to her commissioned works, Mrs. Ryan also has donated her talents to several worthy projects. I was privileged to participate in “Art from the Heart," a project that donates portraits of Georgia’s fallen soldiers. The paintings were initially exhibited at the National Museum of Patriotism in Atlanta in September 2007. The paintings have been displayed at the Georgia Capital and featured on Channel 11 News. As a mother of two, I was honored to have the opportunity to provide comfort to the families of Georgia's fallen soldiers.
